So I’ve been having difficulty staying asleep lately. I was told it was pre-menopause and to take progesterone and magnesium at night. I’ve been doing this for months, but despite this I still wake up at 3am. I tried this insomnia bath soak & my god! I usually get 30-40 minutes REM sleep and I got 2 hours the night I did this! It’s the most amazing sleep I’ve had in years.
